REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Design Services
The Rochester (NY) Joint Schools Construction Board (“RJSCB”) is seeking separate proposals for Two (2) school projects from qualified professional design firms for Phase 3A Schools of the Rochester Schools Modernization Program (“RSMP”). The selected firm(s) shall have overall design responsibility for their respective school:
- Proposal 1 – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, School 9 – 485 N. Clinton Ave, Rochester, NY 14605
- Proposal 2 – Joseph C. Wilson Magnet H.S. Commencement Academy, 501 Genesee St. Rochester, NY 14611
Each school has a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Separate proposals shall be submitted responding to each RFP. For copies of the RFPs, please visit: https://www.rcsdk12.org/rsmp
Proposals will be received until Thursday, 9 May 2024,12:00 Noon, at the RSMP office, 70 Carlson Road, Suite 200, Rochester, NY 14610. Proposals are to be addressed to Mr. Pépin Accilien, P.E., Program Director, at this address.
Questions during the proposal period must be emailed to: Ms. Kimberly Mitchell at kmitchell@rjscb.com, by 5:00 PM, 25 April 2024. Questions received orally will not be accepted or responded to by the RSMP.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Insurance and Bond Review Consultant
The Rochester (NY) Joint Schools Construction Board (“RJSCB”) is seeking proposals from qualified insurance firms for Insurance and Bond Review and Consultation Services on all school construction projects of the Phase 3 Rochester Schools Modernization Program (“RSMP”). The selected firm(s) shall have responsibility to review insurance and bonds for prime contractors and insurance for professional service providers, and provide consultation to the Program.
Proposals shall be submitted in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) that can be found at the following website: https://www.rcsdk12.org/rsmp
Proposals will be received until Wednesday, 24 April 2024, 2:00 PM, at the RSMP office, 70 Carlson Road, Suite 200, Rochester, NY 14610. Proposals are to be addressed to Mr. Pépin Accilien, P.E., Program Director, at this address.
