The Mentor/Protégé component represents a significant commitment from major companies to share their business and construction expertise with smaller entities in an effort to help them expand their marketplace participation. Protégés will receive coaching in four major categories:
Procurement, Project Management, Business Operations and Capital Financing. Incorporation of this information and knowledge into their businesses will undoubtedly benefit them and help build capacity.
